Native Lighting Ltd guarantees all products for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will replace the product or a full refund will be provided.
Native Lighting is not responsible for, and the Warranty does not cover any of the below.
1. Normal wear and tear
2. Damage caused by modification, or attempted repair
3. Plastic parts, that discolour due to ageing process
4. Damage to Magnifying lenses due to the use of cleaning chemicals.
The purchaser must advise of the original place of purchase within 30 days of discovering any issues with the product and must be able to provide proof of purchase.
Native Lighting reserves the right to decide whether a returned product is covered under Warranty.
