The magnifier provides a 3 dioptre magnification (1.75X) via a 7” glass lens. The magnifying lens is surrounded by powerful LED’s which provide high contrast for accurate colour matching when using the Daylight setting.
This lamp has three different colour temperatures that the user can move between. These colour temperatures range from 2700K, 4000K and 5500K. Each colour temperature also has three brightness levels, which ensures you always have the optimal level of light for your specific task.
The lens of this magnifying lamp is protected by a cover, which is supplied with the lamp. It is designed to guard the lens against dust and scratches. This cover can be easily placed over the lens for storage or if you just want to use the lamp and not the magnifier.
The clamp fits on to any flat surface. There is cushion pads to stop the clamp from damaging any furniture. The depth of the clamp is from 1cm to 7.3cm 3 inches.
The Chameleon Magnifier Lamp features a strong, flexible arm that has a long reach of 120cm (47 inches). The lamp also comes with a clamp, which enables it to be secured to desks, benches and beauty beds, as well as many other flat surfaces.
This product is supplied with a UK plug and is mains operated.
After switching the lamp on you use the controls to change the light temperature and brightness.
The eye symbol is for choosing your colour daylight, warm light or cool light and each colour temperature has three brightness levels this is changed by the star symbol, gently tap both to change the colour or brightness.
The magnification is 1.75X invaluable when you are working with areas of the face, and having the dimmer setting means that it is not to bright in your clients face.
When you are not using the magnifier keep the protective cover on it. If you just want to use the light and not the magnifier this works perfectly as a light on its own.
